Unfortunately our online store is down. It is a much bigger problem than we first thought, and we are hard at work building a completely new site from the ground up. At the current time we use Canada Post to ship our orders. Depending on availability,
your order will ship out in 1-6 business days. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm
your order. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all sample papers within North America.
At the present time, we are only able to process orders from Canada, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom through the website.
For all other international customers, please contact us at ORDERS and we will try
our best to accommodate your order.
US Customers - We have experienced delays at customs when shipping via Canada Post. The average arrival time has increased to two-four weeks for all half-sheet, larger papers and anything requiring boxes or tubes. All of our Sample Papers (being sent in an envelope) continue to average 6-10 business days with no delay.
Because of this, we have added a UPS option for all US customers. UPS arrival times are 5 days from sending date.
